Hey, have I told you that? I just love to do experiments with my morning routine.

That’s why I read a lot of books about morning routine, so far The 5 A.M. Club is the best morning rituals book I had ever read.

Well, I guess that’s a story for another time.

Recently, I read “Make Your Bed: Small Things That Can Change Your Life… and Maybe the World.”

The author of the book, William Harry McRaven, is a retired Navy commander. He shares even small thins like that making your bed each morning can be a very productive choice.

You’ll find tips here to help you enjoy the little things in life.

We focus on what matters most each day. Yet, we forget life’s tiny things.

At the end When you handle the small things like Making bed or appreciating who you’re it adds up. And before you know it, the big stuff kind of figures itself out

Making your bed in the morning is simple. It gives you a sense of accomplishment. You have completed the first task of the day.

And it will motivate you to do another task, and then another

At the end of the day, when you go back to bed.

If you have a bad day, your bed will remind you that tomorrow will be a better day.

We’ve always been told that waking up early in the morning is one of the best things you can do.

However, this advice doesn’t always work because everyone is unique.

Our journeys are different, and so do our experiences, everyone has there own routine may be working at night works for you some people it won’t work out for them.

So, you need to listen to your instincts to figure out what works best for you


Our bed tells a lot about us

Making a bed changed the way I see myself; it made me feel I am an organized person.

Making our bed in the morning isn’t about the bed. It’s about changing how we see ourselves and the world.

Our beds tell a lot of things about us. An unmade bed shows we do need to slow down so we don’t have to wait for every weekend so we can improve our mental health.

We need to find joy in little things in our life

Last but not least, it makes us feel good about ourselves.


To make or not to make a bed

For some, making their bed is calming. For others, it’s not. Everyone’s Needs are different. Sometimes, it’s okay to leave your bed messy. You Should listen to yourself and do what works for you. Not every person who makes their bed in the morning is a millionaire.
